The apartment building aims to fuse city and building, not shutting out the city but rather harmonizing exterior and interior. The total cost of the project was 2.78 crore. The building includes 108 apartments, each facing in two or three directions. The larger two-bedroom apartments include a generous living room space and decent bedrooms.

 

Large UPVC  door & windows optimize the amount of daylight flowing into the residential units. In this apartment, a glass floor ensures that sunlight reaches the kitchen and dining room. The elongated shape of the plot controls the spatial organization. The individual apartments combine modern comfort with all the advantages of city living.
