The Constructed Area was 2100 sq. ft. of Ex-Army colonel located at Jankipuram posh colony of gazetted bureaucrats. Project Cost was 30 Lakhs INR.

Our objective was to design and construct the first floor. Since the premises (Ground Floor) were built in the early 90's so the challenge was to build it sustainably with the least impact on the ground floor.

Floor includes Drawing cum Dinning area, Kitchen, Two Bed Rooms with attached Toilet Front lobby, Store area, Dressing area, Balcony on three sides.

Work was completed within the time frame with a record time of 5 months. Work was completed without disturbing a nearby environment.
